This form must be completed if you want to apply for financial aid (including a student Direct Loan, a parent Federal Direct PLUS Loan and/or an Alternative Loan) for the summer 2025 semester. Your aid award will be based on the information which you provide below and on the completion of the 2024-2025 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Please remember that you are responsible to notify the Financial Aid Office if there are any changes to this form, including canceling your summer registration or adjusting the number of credits that you will be attempting. Waynesburg University reserves the right to adjust or cancel your financial aid based on federal, state or institutional regulations. If necessary, you will be responsible for repayment of any over-award or balance due.

Please note that Direct Loans are limited both to half-time enrollment (6 credits or more) and to an academic year (defined as fall, spring and summer semesters) maximum based on your current grade level. Students who have borrowed the maximum Federal Direct Loans during the preceding fall and spring semesters are not eligible for a summer Federal Direct Loan. Please also note that Waynesburg University scholarships and grants are not available for summer enrollment.
