Section 5: Submission Requirements
Requirements for Graduation
To meet doctoral degree requirements, students must complete a minimum of 54 semester hours at the doctoral level, including satisfactory completion of the practicum requirements, and earn a cumulative grade point average of 3.00.
Although an academic advisor and the Office of the Registrar assist students in course selection and registration, it is the responsibility of each student to see that he/she fulfills all degree requirements. Academic plans can be reviewed by using Self Service and if there are any concerns, it is the responsibility of the student to contact his/her advisor and/or the Registrar's office to discuss necessary information.

By selecting "yes," you are indicating the following: "I have read and understand the requirements for graduation as listed above and/or in the University catalog. I have also reviewed my academic plan - if there are any discrepancies, I will contact my advisor accordingly to see that proper documentation is submitted and/or learn of the available options to complete any outstanding requirements. Otherwise, I am in agreement with my academic plan as of the date of this submission and understand I am required to complete all outstanding requirements in order to have a degree posted."
By selecting "no," you are indicating the following: "I have not reviewed my academic plan and I have not reviewed the graduation requirements for my degree/concentration.
