Friday, 10/2 | 5:30pm to 8:00pm | Alumni Band Rehearsal & Meet-n-Greet #1
For those band alums who will be in town and able to attend, come enjoy some food and fellowship as we start preparations for Saturday!
* Location: Marsh Center (lower level of Roberts Chapel)
* Schedule:
-- 5:30pm to 6:30pm - Alumni and current band students check in and check out instruments, equipment, music, etc. as needed while enjoying time to socialize over pizza!
-- 6:30pm to 8:00pm - Pep Band rehearsal

Saturday, 10/3 | 9:30am to 4:00pm | Alumni Band Rehearsal & Meet-n-Greet #2 & Homecoming Game Performance
* Locations: Marsh Center (lower level of Roberts Chapel), Benedum Dining Hall & Wiley Stadium
* Schedule:
-- 9:30am to 10:00am - Alumni and current band students check in at Marsh Center; for those unable to attend on Friday, check out instruments, equipment, music, etc. as needed
-- 10:00am to 11:15am - Pep Band rehearsal
-- 11:15am - Lunch in Benedum Dining Hall
-- 12:00pm - Meet at Wiley Stadium
-- 12:30pm - In the stands for pregame performance (pep tunes, national anthem, fight song)
-- 1:00pm - Kickoff; pep tunes in the stands during the quarters
-- ~4:00pm - Return checked out instruments, equipment, music, etc. to Marsh Center before heading out; thank you for joining us this year!
