Online Calendar Event Request Form

If you have an event that you would like to place on the online calendar, please fill out the form below. If your event is approved, you will be able to view by using Outlook and clicking on WU Main Campus Calendar.

All submission MUST be submitted at least a month prior to the date your event. Please be sure all information is submitted at one time. If you are missing information, please wait until you have all the pieces prior to submission.

*Reminder* This form does not reserve you a venue on campus. You must contact the appropriate office to reserve a venue for your event PRIOR to filling out this request form.
