25-26 Break Housing Request Form

The Residence Halls and On-Campus Houses are closed for Thanksgiving, Winter, Spring and Summer Breaks. Below are the times when the Residence Halls and On-Campus Houses will close and reopen. To request to remain on campus during a closed break, please fill out this form.

Thanksgiving Break: Closing Wednesday, November 26th at Noon. Reopen at Noon on Sunday, November 30th
Winter Break: Closing Saturday, December 13th at Noon. Reopen at Noon on Sunday, January 11th
Spring Break: Closing Saturday, February 28th at Noon. Reopen at Noon on Sunday, March 8th
Summer Break: Closing Saturday, May 2nd at Noon. Reopen TBA

All Break Requests should be made at least seven (7) days prior to the requested date.

During all closed breaks, it is important to note that Dining Services are not provided.

-I understand that, if I will be in need of a Shuttle Service, I will need to complete the request for Shuttle Services by the given deadline.
-If approved through the Break Request Form, I understand that I must follow all instructions included within my approval email.
-If approved, I understand that all University Policies and Procedures are in place. This includes, but is not limited to, visitation, drug/alcohol policy, etc.
